If you see the ‘Hays Travel Peace of Mind Guarantee’ Logo next to any of our flights you can rest assured that, should you wish to cancel your holiday or make amendments, you can do this free of charge up to 50 days before your expected departure date.

The Peace of Mind Guarantee is on selected VISTA holidays on all departure dates! We have now launched this across all airlines where applicable so just keep an eye out for Logo and your holiday will be inclusive

When making bookings on the VISTA agent’s portal, you will need to look for the ‘Hays Travel Peace of Mind Guarantee’ logo, where you see this, your customer will benefit from this guarantee.

We currently have no participating cruise lines so unfortunately cruise bookings are exempt from the guarantee
